- Chemical restrictions and ingredient disclosure requirements under laws such as the California Cleaning Product Right to Know Act and California’s Consumer Product VOC regulations;
- Product take-back requirements and advance recovery fees such as those applicable to vehicle tires, lead-acid batteries, and motor oil;
- Restrictions on automotive and motorcycle aftermarket performance parts under federal and California regulations; and,
- Other regulated motor vehicle parts and maintenance categories including laws applicable to catalytic converters, portable fuel containers, brake fluid, antifreeze and engine coolants containing ethylene glycol, brake pads, wheel weights, fabric protectants and waterproofing products.
